When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, email address and delivery address so we can process and deliver your order.

If you choose to share your location at checkout, your browser sends us your map coordinates so we can estimate your delivery distance and give your rider an accurate pin. You can always type your address instead.

We do not see or store your card, mobile money or bank details. All payments are handled directly by Paystack, our licensed payment processor.

We share the minimum needed with our delivery riders (your name, phone and location) and with Paystack (to take payment). We never sell your information to anyone.

We keep order records for as long as needed to run our business and meet our legal and tax obligations. You may ask us to delete your personal details at any time, subject to those obligations.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will respond promptly.
